You will drive impact at all stages of development by investigating user behavior through empirical methods like logs analysis, survey research, and regression. In this role, you will lead research efforts characterizing the fundamental ways in which AI is transforming data engineering workflows and to uncover high-impact opportunities that boost engineer productivity at scale. You will approach analytic challenges with an AI-native mindset, demonstrating a proven track record of innovating with advanced tools, automating research tasks, and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams. With your analytical excellence, expertise across varied quantitative methodologies, and the ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, you will translate complex quantitative insights and multi-step behavioral telemetry into clear, persuasive, and actionable narratives that guide critical product roadmaps and strategic engineering decisions.

US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
