Qualifications

• Masters graduating by Summer 2026 in quantitative fields.
• Strong analytical problem-solving with logical reasoning.
• Clear communication in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of C++ or another low-level language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Model development using probabilistic methods and ML to generate alphas.
• Backtest ideas on historical data and large compute clusters.
• Collaborate with traders and technologists to push strategies into production.
• Participate in mentorship and education programs.
