Job summary

AQR Capital Management in Greenwich, CT invites exceptional undergraduates to join as Summer Research Analysts in a 10-week program. You’ll work alongside researchers and portfolio managers, studying markets and testing ideas within our Quanta Academy Summer Term.

This internship offers hands-on quantitative research experience, exposure to quantitative asset management, and opportunities to help develop trading strategies in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, CS, Math, Engineering) with an interest in financial services.
• Programming skills required; Python preferred.
• Strong problem solving and quantitative skills; ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage in development of AQR’s proprietary quantitative investment strategies.
• Perform statistical and economic research on financial data related to systematic strategies.
• Collaborate with researchers and portfolio managers to implement investment strategies.
