Job summary

Strategyn is seeking a Quantitative Researcher to lead a team within the Product function, closely collaborating with Delivery. The role focuses on building strong data foundations for our ODI process and refining analytical methodologies.

The candidate will develop data models, questionnaires, and templates across Excel, Tableau, and Power BI, while translating complex data into actionable client narratives. A PhD and 5–10 years of experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor-level or higher in a quantitative field.
  • 3–5+ years in quantitative research, improving methodologies.
  • Six-sigma mindset or similar process-driven approach (preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Statistical software and languages (SPSS, JMP, R, Python, SQL).
  • Mac computing environment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of quantitative researchers.
  • Develop enhancements to questionnaire development, data analysis and strategy.
  • Train and onboard new hires in data analysis and strategy development.
  • Maintain training materials and SOPs for data analysis processes.
  • Develop and test quantitative methodologies and implement company-wide.
