Qualifications

• 1+ years in quantitative development or back-end software engineering with evidence of end-to-end ownership.
• Proficiency in Python and comfort with performant production-grade code.
• Strength in systems thinking: data models, testing, infra, and reliability at scale.

Responsibilities

• Build research platforms: backtesting & simulation frameworks, reusable libraries.
• Ship production pipelines for signal generation and data ingestion.
• Own end-to-end projects: from problem framing to production and iteration.
