Job summary

Tower Research Capital is seeking a Software Developer to join one of its trading teams in New York. You will improve the current research framework and deliver new tools, while providing day-to-day support to the quantitative research team on-site.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering (Master's preferred) and strong Python and C++ skills, plus experience with Numpy, Pandas, and Polars. Hybrid work opportunities in NYC are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong Python development experience in production systems.
• Experience with statistical libraries and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the trading research framework and tools.
• Collaborate with the US Development team and quantitative researchers on-site.
• Support and optimize low-latency trading infrastructure.
