  • Demonstrated ability to apply quantitative methods to business problems.
  • Ability to work effectively through ambiguity, complexity, and change.

Job Description

The Global Operations Resource Analytics team is seeking a quantitative professional to develop and implement models for volume forecasting, capacity planning, workforce scheduling, scenario analysis, and operational performance reporting. Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in capacity planning, financial planning, or quantitative modeling.

  • Proficiency with Arena or comparable discrete-event simulation software.

  • Proficiency with Gurobi or comparable optimization software.

  • Experience with Python, SAS, SQL, and data mining.

  • Banking analytics and modeling experience, particularly in volume forecasting and capacity or resource optimization.

  • Experience developing models under model risk management standards and governance requirements.

  • Knowledge of linear regression, time-series analysis, and other statistical modeling techniques.

Pay range

$84,600.00 - $130,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.



Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
