Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a highly skilled quantitative professional to develop, validate, test, document, and implement complex statistical models used to monitor suspicious activity within customer accounts.

You will own existing models, support development of new models, and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders across compliance, risk, and technology teams while working independently and with team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a quantitative field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• MA/MS in a quantitative field with 3+ years of related experience.
• PhD in a quantitative field with <2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, test, document, and implement complex statistical models to monitor suspicious activity.
• Own and review model performance, documentation, and regulatory alignment.
• Communicate model results, limitations, and insights to stakeholders across compliance, risk, and technology teams.
