Job summary

Bluesky Capital in New York invites a Quantitative Marketing Analyst intern to join the Investment Management division. You will use machine-learning and statistics to generate research reports for clients and publish insights on our site and newsletters.

You will also perform advanced SEO to boost our Google ranking, and share findings on social media, blog posts, and emails. Strong Python/ML, Excel, and writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD from a top university in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related area.
• Proficient in Python (Pandas) or Matlab for data analysis.
• Experience with Excel.
• Knowledge of statistical tools and machine learning techniques.
• Good writing and communication ability.
• Ability to work independently on both short and long-term projects.

Responsibilities

Our quantitative marketing analyst use cutting-edge machine-learning and statistical tools to find insights in complex data. They will produce periodic quantitative research report for public distribution to our current and prospective investors. They will also perform advanced SEO techniques to help our website ranking on Google, and post insights on social media platforms to increase our brand recognition.
