Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in quantitative investment research, including development and testing of stock signals or alpha models.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, factor investing, and portfolio construction; high intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop stock selection signals and alpha models.
• Implement and maintain models in production; monitor performance.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts; present findings to stakeholders.
