Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to build a research platform for reproducible market studies. You will work remotely across the United States with a small team, own important decisions, and document your work so others can audit outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing reusable data and backtest infrastructure, improving experiment tracking, and optimizing large time-series workloads.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $185,000–$260,000 USD, based on experience
Work arrangement: Remote — United States
Experience: 4+ years
Additional compensation: Performance-bonus and equity eligibility based on role and level

About the Role

Build the research platform used to create reproducible market studies. You will make large experiments faster without weakening point-in-time integrity or auditability. You will work with a small team, own important decisions, and document your work so that other specialists can review it. You will also define measurable reliability targets for research jobs and make failed experiments easy to reproduce. The platform must expose clear failure states so researchers can distinguish a data error from a valid negative result.
