Qualifications

• 3-7 years of quantitative software development experience at a trading firm.
• Strong expertise in Python and C++.
• Proficiency in data analysis workflows like pandas or polars.
• Solid understanding of probability, statistics, and time series analysis.
• Experience with backtesting and simulation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems enabling rapid iteration from ideas to production.
• Design high-fidelity simulation and backtesting infrastructure.
• Define, compute, and curate features across instruments.
• Own feature pipelines ensuring delivery from research to execution.
• Contribute to strategy optimization balancing performance with constraints.
• Debug issues across research and execution.
