Job summary

Mercor, a San Francisco–based AI talent partner, is hiring a Data Science & Quantitative Analysis Expert for a remote contract (35 h/wk). Compensation is $60-$90/hour with weekly Stripe payments. You design complex analyses, perform data cleaning and statistics, and write reproducible reference analyses in Jupyter or Colab.

• MSc/PhD or equivalent in statistics, data science, or quantitative STEM.
• 1+ years in a research, research-engineering, or heavy data-analysis role.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and Git.
• Strong data-analysis skills: data cleaning, statistical correlation, hypothesis testing, and result interpretation.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively in writing.
