Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a quantitative analyst, quantitative developer, AI engineering, machine learning, systematic trading, or front-office analytics role.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or related quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade analytics, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support quantitative analytics, applications, and automation solutions supporting the QIS business.
• Partner directly with QIS business to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Build AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, MCP, RAG, and ML techniques.
• Develop tools supporting QIS strategy management, monitoring, and hedging activities.
• Contribute to automation and industrialisation of QIS strategy workflows, calculations, controls, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Quant, Trading, Structuring, Sales, Risk, and Technology teams globally throughout the full development lifecycle.
