Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quantexa Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions using Quantexa’s Decision Intelligence Platform . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scala-based data engineering , cloud-native architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , and large-scale ETL and data warehousing systems .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Quantexa data pipelines using Scala
• Implement and maintain ETL processes for large-scale, high-volume datasets
• Build and manage data warehousing solutions supporting analytics and decision intelligence use cases
• Deploy and operate data platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Integrate diverse data sources (structured and semi-structured) into Quantexa models
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Ensure data quality, performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Support production deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Quantexa Engineer
• Strong proficiency in Scala
• Hands-on experience with ETL frameworks and Big Data technologies
• Experience building data warehousing solutions
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage)
• Strong understanding of data modeling and distributed systems
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Quantexa Certification (required or strongly preferred, depending on role level)
• Experience with Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform
• Knowledge of Spark, Hadoop, or similar Big Data ecosystems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native DevOps practices
• Experience in financial services, risk, compliance, or fraud domains
