Job summary

IMC offers a 10-week trading internship that blends classroom training with hands-on projects and mentorship. You’ll work with traders and technologists on real initiatives, gaining exposure to options theory and financial markets while developing problem-solving and teamwork skills.

The program rewards performance and may lead to a full-time Graduate Trader role. Base salary is disclosed as $250,000, with discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current university student graduating between Sep 2027 and Jul 2028 in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive team player with responsibility and problem-solving mindset.
• Interest in Financial Markets; experience with programming is a plus.
• Must start internship on June 7, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom-based training on options theory and trading simulations.
• Collaborate with traders and technologists on real projects.
• Receive mentorship and feedback from a dedicated mentor and intern lead.
• Build professional connections in a performance-driven culture.
• Attend events and social activities to integrate with the cohort.
