Fionics in Chicago is seeking a Quantitative Researcher for a hybrid role (Chicago/Remote) to develop alpha-generating signals and build ML frameworks.

You will collaborate with PMs and traders to implement strategies using Python and R; a PhD or Masters in a quantitative field is preferred with a proven research track record.

Pay ranges from $200K to $2M+ based on experience within an elite network of managers and funds.
