Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quantitative research or related roles
• Proficiency in writing and reviewing Python
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or related quantitative field
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration across engineering teams
• Front office experience with any Asset Class is desirable

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate theory into practice and deploy alpha signals to improve profitability
• Develop and test quantitative models and strategies in a fast-paced trading environment
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical teams
• Support ongoing research projects and contribute to model validation and risk management
