Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field with three years of relevant experience or bachelor's with five years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience using Python for analytics and data workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms and cloud services (Snowflake and AWS).
• Experience developing and maintaining dashboards and analytics solutions using Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to apply advanced analytics and responsible AI techniques to improve reporting, forecasting, anomaly detection, or BI.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to prioritize work and deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs, translate requirements into analytical deliverables, and communicate actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reporting solutions from requirements through deployment and ongoing support.
• Produce product performance reporting, including KPIs and KRIs, with clear definitions and documentation.
• Analyze trends, identify growth opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver tailored analyses to answer complex questions and support strategic decision-making.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and apply disciplined source control and documentation practices.
• Support production reporting environments by troubleshooting issues, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and driving continuous improvement.

As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate at JPMorganChase within Consumer Deposit Product Analytics in Consumer & Community Banking, you will partner with deposit product leaders to solve business problems with data-driven insights. You will own product performance reporting and ad hoc analysis across deposit products, blending monitoring and metrics reporting to support end-to-end product management. You will be expected to communicate clearly, operate independently, and deliver practical recommendations that influence outcomes.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to explain insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize work and deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
