Job summary

Nutreco via Hi-Pro Feeds, Trouw Nutrition, is seeking a Quality Testing Technician in Comanche, TX to support laboratory operations and ensure product quality throughout production.

You will perform sample testing, NIR analysis, mycotoxin testing, and finish feed testing, while ensuring precise data entry and reporting. This role emphasizes ownership of lab organization, safety, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Basic computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and email applications.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Previous agricultural industry experience preferred.
• Ability to perform sample handling, testing, and laboratory support activities.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory operations and maintain product quality standards throughout production.
• Perform sample testing, NIR analysis, mycotoxin testing, inbound commodity testing, and finished feed testing.
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Take ownership of laboratory organization, sample logistics, housekeeping, and equipment maintenance.
• Comply with quality, safety, and environmental procedures to deliver reliable results.
