Triple Cities Metal Finishing is seeking an entry-level Quality & Testing Associate to join our Quality team. The role involves inspecting finished parts, identifying defects, and managing salt spray testing processes in a hands-on environment.

You will gain experience in testing, documentation, and manufacturing processes, with training provided on salt spray equipment and quality procedures. This is a great way to start and grow a career in quality.

Responsibilities

• Enter testing results and other quality information into our computer system.
• Maintain accurate testing and inspection records.
• Communicate quality concerns to the Quality and Production teams.
• Follow established testing, quality, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other quality-related tasks as needed.

About the Position

Triple Cities Metal Finishing is looking for a Quality & Testing Associateto join our Quality team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow within our Quality department.

The Quality & Testing Associate will inspect finished parts after plating, identify potential defects, assist with quality testing, and manage our salt spray testing process.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and sort finished parts for defects or quality concerns.
• Identify and separate questionable or defective parts and notify the Quality team.
• Perform and document salt spray testing to evaluate the corrosion resistance of plated finishes.
• Test and monitor the salt spray solution and operate the salt spray chamber.
• Enter testing results and other quality information into our computer system.
• Maintain accurate testing and inspection records.
• Communicate quality concerns to the Quality and Production teams.
• Follow established testing, quality, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other quality-related tasks as needed.

Training will be provided on the salt spray equipment, testing procedures, and quality processes.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $17.00-$17.50/hour, based on experience.
