Job description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality/Test Engineer with strong mechanical aptitude and/or an engineering background. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on machine experience and a solid understanding of product support and testing processes within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related accredited engineering discipline preferred, or equivalent technical qualification with relevant experience.
  • Strong mechanical and product knowledge with hands‑on machine experience considered highly desirable.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product support, quality engineering, testing, or a related technical role.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Proven ability to support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment or industrial product systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with complex mechanical systems and diagnostics.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Effective problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Additional Notes:
  • Experience with heavy equipment product lines and related systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a hands‑on, fast‑paced engineering environment.
