Job summary

Baxter is seeking a team member to perform in-process and final review of batch and critical systems documentation. This role ensures required documents are present and accepted before product release, working a Wednesday-Sunday 1st shift.

Qualifications

• 6 months or more related experience.
• Associate’s Degree a plus, but not required.
• Basic science, math, and computer skills (including Word and Excel) are required.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills, and problem solving skills are required.
• Attention to detail and organization are highly desired.
• Experience with current Good Manufacturing & Documentation Practices in pharma manufacturing facilities is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for batch and/or critical systems review.
• Achieves and maintains batch or systems release qualification within assigned production cell.
• May analyze data, observe details, and interpret results.
• Interact with manufacturing and supervision daily to address quality concerns.
• Troubleshoot, work independently, and follow procedural requirements.
• Work in Drug Delivery and Penicillin facilities as needed.
• Regular overtime will be required to meet production schedule.
• Review documentation such as protocols and qualifications.

Your role at Baxter:

You will perform in process and/or final review of batch and/or critical systems documentation and determines acceptability by using standard operating procedures. Ensures presence and acceptability of all required documentation prior to the release of the product and/or system. This position is Wednesday-Sunday, 1st shift.

What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for batch and/or critical systems review.
• Achieves and maintains batch or systems release qualification within assigned production cell.
• May make detailed observations, analyze data, and interpret results.
• Will interact with manufacturing and supervision daily to address quality process or batch related concerns.
• Will perform troubleshooting, work independently, and make decisions based on general guidance and existing procedural requirements.
• Will work in both Drug Delivery and Penicillin facilities as needed.
• Regular overtime will be required to meet the production schedule.
• Reviews documentation such as protocols, CWRs, qualifications, etc as assigned.

The candidate must be able to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment with minimal direct supervision. The ability to work weekends is required. Must not be colorblind. Visual acuity 20/20 Near Vision with or without corrective vision required.

The estimated base salary for this position is $44,800 - $61,600 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
