Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: high school diploma or GED; 1-2 years in manufacturing quality preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Knowledge of inspection methods and data collection/analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work in a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must complete record check and drug screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate quality data; inspect materials and processes.
• Develop and implement quality control plans; identify critical control points.
• Monitor production quality and perform manual and automated checks.
• Provide training on measurement methods to the operations team.
• Maintain calibration and QA documentation; support audits.
