Job summary

Magna International, Inc is seeking a Quality Technician at Cosma International facilities in Missouri. The role focuses on testing, inspection, and quality documentation to support aerospace-grade sheet metal parts manufacturing.

You will work with CMS and related tools, ensuring products meet specifications and support continuous improvement efforts. The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, experience with measurement equipment, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Quality technician training and/or experience (other relevant experience may be substituted at the Quality Manager's discretion)
• Must have experience using standard measurement, inspection, and test equipment in the inspection of sheet metal parts and assemblies
• Computer knowledge and skills (including CMS and Funnel Cloud)

Responsibilities

• Conduct material and component testing at all stages of manufacturing.
• Prepare, conduct, and report on the applicable testing conducted.
• Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections as directed by the Quality Manager.
• Perform capability studies as required.
• Prepare and evaluate dimensional reports, analyze them, and initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Audit employees and processes which impact the quality of the product and/or the quality of the systems.
