Job summary

Wisenbaker is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure parts and materials meet exact specifications and to drive proactive quality from the start. You will inspect, test, and oversee quality throughout manufacturing, partnering with production to prevent defects and improve efficiency.

With 1–3 years in quality roles, you’ll bring a methodical approach, strong attention to detail, and strong communication to a growing team committed to top-tier products and processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in quality control or manufacturing.
• Solid understanding of quality systems and inspection methods.
• Familiarity with ISO standards or lean principles is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet exact specifications.
• Identify quality concerns and implement corrective actions to resolve issues within production processes.
• Collaborate with the production team, offering feedback and suggestions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Track and document findings related to product quality and inspection results, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with industry standards, maintaining internal and external requirements.
• Solve problems by troubleshooting issues and working with cross-functional teams to find quality solutions.
