Job summary

Carnegie Robotics is looking for a Quality Technician in Pittsburgh to support our Quality Management System. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities include performing inspections, processing non-conforming materials, and completing audits. Required qualifications include a two-year technical degree and two years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a fast paced manufacturing setting.
• Comfort in a fast-changing, cross‑functional team environment.
• Ability to lift more than 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample inspections and measurements of incoming parts.
• Processing non‑confirming materials for testing or disposition.
• Performing First Article Inspections (FAIs) of new parts.
• Completing internal audits and associated documentation.
• Interpreting engineering prints and schematics.
• Supporting safety and quality initiatives.
• Assist in the Material Review Board process.
