Job summary

nVent is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure flawless production of world-class products at our Eastanollee, GA facility. You will perform in-process and final inspections, support continuous improvement, and help maintain strict adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.

The role requires a BA/BS in a related field (or 3+ years in quality/manufacturing), strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to read drawings/blueprints.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field and/or 3+ years in quality, inventory, or manufacturing
• Strong leadership, communication, creativity, and facilitation skills
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to guarantee product quality.
• Participate in cross-functional quality meetings to drive improvements.
• Communicate quality details across organizational levels.
• Assist in QMS reviews, performance analyses, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training to ensure QMS knowledge.
• Collect, log, analyze, and report production quality data.
