Shift:Night Shift (Post-training); Initial training schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM


As a Quality Technician you will:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedQuality Technician (Night Shift)to join our Quality Team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of analytical experience in both laboratory and plant environments, with a strong preference for candidates from chemistry or microbiology backgrounds. This role is critical in ensuring that our distilled products meet regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality leadership during night shift operations.
• Perform microbiological testing on water, ingredients, and distilled products.
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with Global Risk Management and North American Standards.
• Inspect raw materials for conformance to product specifications.
• Conduct sensory and analytical testing on in-process and finished products.
• Support non-conforming goods management and documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment including HPLC, spectrophotometer, and alcolyzer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in a production laboratory supporting on-site production/processing.
  • Experience with non-conforming goods management.
  • Production experience isrequired.
• Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with HPLC, spectrophotometer, alcolyzer, and other analytical equipment.
  • Understanding of microbiological test methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing shift schedules.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Science or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience in a laboratory and plant environment.
• Experience in the distilled products industry or similar regulated manufacturing environments.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $25.00- $27.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
