Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a QA Technician I in Plymouth, MN. This onsite role focuses on maintaining product quality, reviewing DHRs, and resolving production floor issues to ensure compliance with specifications.

The candidate will support GMP documentation practices and production systems like MES, SAP, and Windchill, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of GMP and good documentation practices.
• Familiarity with production systems like MES, SAP, or Windchill.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Review Device History Records (DHR), both paper and electronic.
• Assist with resolving quality issues on the production floor and product disposition.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet applicable specifications.
• Support documentation practices and production systems such as MES, SAP, and Windchill.
