• Knowledge of Kaizen/Continuous Improvement is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance Safety, Quality, Production, Cost and Morale across departments.
• Maintain and calibrate measurement equipment and documentation.
• Conduct daily inspections and random audits of production lines.
• Input data for SPC and tensile testing results.
• Approve processes and parts moving to the next production stage.
• Create and revise quality documents as needed.
