Cummins Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift to support quality assurance, testing, and data reporting at the Fletcher, NC facility. You will perform measurements, validate electrical function, and document results to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
• Base Rate: $24.37-$32.84 per hour, with a 3rd shift premium of $1.00/hr.

• Customer Support: Assisting customers in understanding and interpreting product specifications and measurement data will improve customer satisfaction and product application.
• Measurement Uncertainty Studies: Participating in measurement uncertainty studies will contribute to the accuracy and reliability of measurement and calibration results.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring proper maintenance and calibration of measurement and test equipment will maintain the integrity and functionality of the tools used.
