Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a detail-oriented laboratory support professional in Lafayette, CO. The role involves receiving failed medical devices, documenting receipts, and evaluating contaminated devices in a bio-hazard lab.

The candidate will document analysis results with precise technical writing and support the Endoscopy portfolio on site. The position emphasizes hands-on testing, data handling, and collaboration with production and quality teams to maintain regulatory compliance and quality

Responsibilities

• Perform analyses and tests of materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Document results using technical writing standards and established procedures.
• Provide guidance to new or entry-level employees as needed.
• Use schematics/diagrams to troubleshoot electronic or mechanical components, equipment, or systems.
• Gather, format, and manipulate technical data per established formulae and procedures, and perform calculations.
• Support production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, or product development.

Main Responsibilities

Receive failed medical devices from the field, carefully documenting product receipt Evaluate failed contaminated devices in a bio-hazard lab Document results of analysis using technical writing skills Role Support This role will support almost the entire Endoscopy portfolio.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of technical experience in a lab with a high school degree
• 0 years of experience with a college degree

Work Environment

This position is onsite, requiring 40 hours a week.

Additional Responsibilities

• Performing analyses, inspections, and tests of raw materials, packaging materials, quantitative assays on samples, and/or finished products from manufacturing to ensure quality standards and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Conducting non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged, or tested products.
• Providing technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, or product development.
• Using schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, or defined plans to perform testing and troubleshooting on electronic or mechanical components, equipment, or systems.
• Gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling, and manipulating technical data using established formulae and procedures, and performing detailed mathematical calculations.
• Providing guidance and assistance to new or entry-level employees as needed.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Requires working knowledge of systems, techniques, tools, and procedures typically obtained through prior related work experience, training, and/or education. A minimum of 1 year of relevant technical experience is required, which may include a combination of practical experience and applicable training, education, or certification. No minimum education requirement, although some countries/jobs may require vocational training and/or certification.
