Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and 2+ years in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and data analysis capability.

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support of Quality and Supplier Quality processes to meet departmental and customer requirements.
• Support Customer Returned Goods functions and non-conforming material.
• Lead development and direction of Quality Inspectors and drive improvements through data analysis.
• Lead quality plan implementations through data compilation and analysis.
