Mon-Thu 3:30pm – 1:00am and Fri 1:00pm – 5:00pm
The Quality Technician I is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods. This role performs inspections, audits, and documentation activities to verify conformance to engineering specifications, quality standards, and internal procedures. In addition to inspection responsibilities, the Quality Technician I provides quality oversight on the production floor through routine audits, Out-of-Box Audits (OOBA), and verification of quality system practices such as calibration, document control, and material status tracking. This position plays a key role in identifying quality issues and supporting corrective actions.
This position is located on-site in Longmont, CO.
$28 - $34 + $2.25/hour shift differential is the projected hourly wage for this role and will be determined on the candidate’s overall qualifications and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
