Job summary

Radius Packaging is hiring a Quality Technician to perform product testing and quality verifications on blow molding and injection molding processes. You will document defects in the RedZone system, participate in root-cause analysis, and help maintain ISO22000/HACCP compliance.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least one year in manufacturing quality control, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work on site in a fast-paced team environment across day or night

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing quality control environment.
• Ability to read and interpret customer specification sheets and packaging details.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections and measurements to ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Document defects and actions in the RedZone system.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of molding equipment per ISO22000/HACCP.
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
