Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.
• Familiarity with inspection tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures, including inspection, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with quality software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods per established quality standards.
• Perform tests and measurements to verify product conformance.
• Document inspection results and non-conformances promptly.
• Identify and report quality issues to the Quality Supervisor.
• Assist root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support calibration and maintenance of quality instruments.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (5S/Lean/Six Sigma).
• Train production personnel on quality procedures.
• Maintain quality documentation including inspection records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality.
