Ushers Machine and Tool Co., Inc. / Aalberts surface technologies - machining solutions in Greenville, SC is seeking a Quality Technician to join the quality assurance team on the second shift.

You will perform visual, dimensional, and process inspections on incoming, in-process, and final parts. The role requires a high school diploma, 6–9 years in quality inspection, proficiency with inspection tools, and the ability to document data and issue NCRs.

Qualifications

• Perform visual, dimensional, and process inspections on parts.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and job travelers for accuracy.
• Maintain calibration data and issue calibration stickers to tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely incoming, in-process, and final inspections; Perform NDT as needed.
• Issue nonconformance records (NCRs) and provide feedback to the manufacturing team.
• Record all results in manufacturing software and generate certificates of conformance.
• Monitor the calibration database and apply calibration stickers to gauges.
