Job summary

PlayCore is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform general duties related to the manufacturing and testing of material, following Sprinturf standards. Day shift, 6:00am to 6:00pm, with pay rate dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include monitoring operations, inspecting and measuring materials, documenting data, and identifying defects. You will use measuring devices, maintain safety, and collaborate with team to ensure quality throughout production.

• Determining the cause of product defects
• Recommend adjustments to the production process
• Inspect, test, and measure materials
• Use equipment to measure materials
• Document and organizing data of products
• Review settings and processes of machinery

Working Conditions

• The physical requirements for these positions will include standing or walking constantly during the shift. Will need to be able to lift 10-15 lbs. packages frequently during the shift. The environment is not air conditioned. The temperature inside the plant will be hot during the warm months and cooler during the colder months.
