Qualifications

• Able to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measurement tools.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Willingness to learn in a technical production environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand visual defects of products.
• Perform visual checks of products.
• Understand physical tests and equipment.
• Use lab equipment and perform physical tests.
• Follow equipment procedures.
• Have basic understanding of products and customer requirements.
• Verify and apply customer requirements and specifications.
• Complete paperwork and file appropriately.
• Understand retain samples and filing requirements.
• Perform tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
• Comply with Standards (BRC, ISO) and SOPs.
• Communicate non-conformance and scrap materials.
• Conduct EASE audits as assigned.
