Responsibilities

• Conduct tests during manufacturing to ensure products meet standards.
• Inspect components before assembly and analyze trial products.
• Perform failure mode analysis of materials and processes.
• Collect data to solve production issues and suggest improvements.
• Assess customer complaints and investigate claims.
• Maintain and calibrate gauges and testers; assist with inspections.
