Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance tasks in food production and ensure HACCP compliance.
• Rotate duties across syrup production, testing, and lab analysis as scheduled.
• Conduct lab tests and monitor parameters like pH, acidity, and oxygen.
• Operate and calibrate lab equipment, and document results.
• Support continuous process improvement and RCA initiatives.
• Ensure proper handling of samples, shelf-life testing, and regulatory documentation.
