Job summary

Rosti Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Metrology-focused technician/engineer to support ISIR reporting, capability studies, and safe launch assurance through data collection and process control. Balloons, fixtures, and gage calibration are part of responsibilities.

You will select metrology equipment, perform Gage R&R studies, and communicate with employees and vendors while complying with safety rules and upholding Rosti's core values of Passion, Integrity, Partnership and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to communicate in English required.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Ability to program vision-based and touch probe measurement systems (CMMs, etc.).
• Measurement using traditional tools such as micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and population for ISIR reporting and capability studies.
• Selection and use of metrology equipment to optimize throughput.
• Balloon part prints and fixture design or contracting.
