Gilero, a Sanner Company, has opened a brand-new manufacturing site focused on injection molding for pharmaceutical and medical device packaging. We’re seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift with a $1 differential.

The role is in Greensboro, NC, operating in a FDA‑regulated environment to ensure products meet the highest standards for patients worldwide. You’ll perform QA inspections, line clearance, labeling verification, environmental monitoring, and support CAPA and continuous

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO/Regulatory requirements preferred.
• Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and technical writing skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection/testing and release of accepted materials.
• Perform manufacturing line clearance activities to verify materials, labeling, and equipment prior to assembly.
• Conduct labeling verification per product requirements.
• Perform in-process testing and QA inspections as required.
• Support new product development projects.
• Perform environmental monitoring and controlled environment records.
• Conduct cleaning of controlled environment areas per procedures.
• Support quality events, investigations, and CAPA.
• Assist calibration and maintenance processes.
• Support continuous improvement projects and audits.

We have an opening for Quality Technician 3rd shift that includes 3rd shift $1 differential.

You will be responsible for Quality Operations in support of development and commercial manufacturing activities. You will be on the frontlines of quality assurance, ensuring our products meet the highest standards for patients around the world. Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspection/testing and release of accepted materials.
• Perform required manufacturing line clearance activities to verify materials, labeling, and equipment prior to assembly.
• Conduct labeling verification in accordance with product requirements.
• Perform in-process testing and QA inspections, as required per product requirements.
• Support new product development projects.
• Perform environmental monitoring, including particle counts and temperature / humidity / pressure measurements. Manage controlled environment monitoring and records.
• Conduct cleaning of controlled environment areas per internal procedures.
• Support quality event initiation and investigations for nonconformance and CAPA.
• Support the calibration and maintenance process.
• Support continuous improvement projects and audits.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with FDA/ISO/Regulatory requirements preferred.
• Basic experience with the coordination of GMP-compliant Documents, Records, and Training.
• Basic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, technical writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word.
• Some laboratory, good documentation practices and/or quality assurance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of good manufacturing practices and operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
• Interest in building a career in Quality and Medical Device Manufacturing.
