Job summary

Applied Composites is seeking a Quality Technician Level 3 for the 2nd shift in Indianapolis, IN. This senior-level role provides technical support to the quality team, conducting examinations and inspections to ensure product compliance throughout the production process.

The position requires 4–6 years of relevant experience with blueprints, drawings and parts lists; you will maintain records, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Secondary certificate/high school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with blueprints, drawings and parts lists.
• Ability to independently resolve standard assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct examinations and quality control inspections to align with product requirements and quality standards.
• Provide detailed analysis, troubleshooting and evaluation of components, assemblies and systems.
• Maintain documentation records and data on tests performed.
• Recommend QC solutions and implement corrective actions.
• Set up or build special test panels to facilitate testing/evaluation as needed.
• Perform internal audits based on established criteria and record results.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Applied Composites (AC) is seeking a Quality Technician Level 3 - 2nd Shift who provides technical support to the quality team. Conducts examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components and parts at various stages of the production process, to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards.

Job Accountabilities:

• Conducts examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components on all types of standard and special products, to insure alignment with product requirements and quality standards
• Provides detail analysis, troubleshooting and evaluation of components, assemblies and systems
• Maintains documentation records and data on tests performed
• Recommends quality control solutions to complex problems and implements corrective actions

Job Specifications:
Education: A Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
