Job summary

Aerotek in Johnstown, OH is hiring a Quality Technician for the 2nd shift (M-F, 2pm-10pm). The role ensures quality product on the production floor and involves inspecting parts, recording data, and using SyteLine ERP. Competitive pay with shift differential and daily pay options.

Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of quality control concepts and processes within manufacturing.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
Experience using measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Inspect for defects; gauge for necessary dimensions and record as required.
Process test parts through anodizing, assembly, deco, or metallizing and inspect for defects.
Report any defects as appropriate (visual, functional and dimensional) and fill out final inspection report.
Enter data into SyteLine ERP system.
Perform quality control tests as required.
Provide timely and complete communication with all appropriate departments and functions concerning the acceptability of raw products and components.
