Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a Quality Technician in Brillion, WI to ensure products and processes meet specs and regulatory requirements. You will inspect, audit, test, and measure to drive continuous improvement, collaborating with production and engineering to reduce risk and improve process capability.

Starting pay is $22/hour with a $4 shift differential for a Mon-Thu 4x10 schedule (2:30 PM–12:30 AM). You will contribute to safety, quality, and delivery while growing your expertise in an empowering,

Qualifications

• Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measurement tools; able to select appropriate methods and perform basic conversions and calculations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand GD&T basics, including critical, major, and minor characteristics and Cpk
• Experience with root cause and corrective action tools (5-Why, Fishbone, CAPA/8D)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) and QMS systems
• Ability to detect defects and ensure compliance to specifications
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support root cause analysis; understanding of traceability and calibration requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a Quality Technician to join our team in Brillion, WI! In this hands‑on role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products and manufacturing processes consistently meet design specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. You'll perform inspections, audits, testing, and measurement activities to verify quality standards, identify nonconforming materials, and support corrective actions that drive continuous improvement. Working closely with production and engineering teams, you'll help enhance process capability, reduce risk, and ensure the high level of quality our customers expect from AriensCo.

Pay: Starts at $22/hour + $4.00 shift differential

Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 2:30 PM-12:30AM

THE DAY TO DAY...
