Job summary

Adecco Staffing is actively hiring for a Quality Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Walk-in interviews are welcome this week with on-the-spot interviewing; no appointment needed.

Pay is $22.00 per hour for full-time, 1st shift. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience. Calipers and micrometers experience is a plus, as is Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Record, update, and maintain quality data within quality management systems.
• Identify quality concerns and assist with corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration schedules for production and laboratory equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
• Support additional quality initiatives and projects as assigned.
