Responsibilities:

• Customer Complaint Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues. Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Non-Conforming Material Handling: Identify and segregate non-conforming materials. Work with the production team to prevent recurrence and coordinate with suppliers for return or replacement as necessary.
• Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing process, from incoming raw material to finished product. Use inspection tools and follow quality standards to ensure compliance.Requirements and Skills:
• Proven experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably in elastomer fabrication.
• Prior experience performing dimensional inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including dimensions, tolerances and drawing notes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify drawing requirement mismatches, missing features, incorrect dimensions, and documentation errors.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
