Job summary

Twincraft Skincare is seeking an energetic, flexible team player for a hands-on role handling incoming raw materials, sampling, inspecting, testing, and reviewing materials to ensure specifications are met. You’ll collaborate across manufacturing, R&D, customer service, and purchasing.

This position offers multiple shifts (7 am–7 pm; 5:00 am–3:30 pm; 3:15 pm–1:45 am), a strong benefits package, paid time off, and various employee programs to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with receiving, sampling, inspecting, testing and reviewing raw materials.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sample, inspect, test and review raw materials to ensure quality and specifications.
• Support customer visits and prepare samples for review.
• Release finished products for shipment in accordance with procedures.

You’ll be hands-on with receiving, sampling, inspecting, testing, and reviewing raw materials, as well as supporting customer visits, preparing samples, and releasing finished products for shipment.In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with manufacturing, R&D, customer service, and purchasing to ensure products meet specifications, align with production capabilities, and exceed customer expectations.

No two days are the same—this role is ideal for someone who embraces change, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in getting the details right.

We’re looking for an energetic, flexible team player who isn’t afraid to jump in, get hands-on, and navigate a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and every day brings something new.

Shift Times Available

5 eight-hour shifts between the hours of 7 am - 7 pm (Monday - Friday)

1st Shift - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)

2nd Shift - 3:15 pm - 1:45 am (Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday)
